What is IPL photo rejuvenation?
IPL photo rejuvenation is a safe and non-invasive treatment which uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to diminish imperfections in your skin.

A series of Photo rejuvenation can significantly improve the texture and appearance of your skin by diminishing facial redness, age spots, sun spots, fine lines, uneven pigmentation and even large pores.

Your skin will look younger, healthier and more even toned - without the cost or pain associated with cosmetic surgery techniques.

How does IPL Photo Rejuvenation work?

Short pulses of wide spectrum light selectively targets the melanin in imperfections such as sun spots and age spots.

The light and heat also stimulate the growth of new collagen beneath your skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve the texture of your skin.

What are the Photo Rejuvenation treatments like?

The treatments are simple and usually last anywhere from 40-60 minutes depending on the size of the treatment area.  Performed by senior aestheticians, the photo rejuvenation light is simply placed over a spot of the treatment area and flashed.

The sensation is likened to a light snap of a rubber band on the skin. When the entire treatment area has been flashed, the treatment is over. Although your skin might be slightly rosy after the treatment, this does not usually last more than a couple of hours. In fact, many people often have treatments during their lunch hour and go right back to work afterwards.

What are the benefits?

•No downtime

•Smoother, even skin tone & healthier looking skin

•Reduce oil secretion and pore size

•Reduced redness and flushing

•Reduced wrinkle size

Why are multiple treatments necessary?
Depending on the number of conditions you are treating, and the severity of the individual problem, a series of treatment sessions will be recommended.

You can return to work the same day and resume all your regular activities. By dividing the full program into several treatments, the procedure provides gradual improvement wit every low risk- and, it preserves the wonderful “no downtime” feature that people appreciate so much.

What conditions can Photo Rejuvenation  treat?
Imperfections from Sun Damage and Photo-aging. Enlarged pores, dull complexions and other facial imperfections. IPL technology improves both the superficial and deeper skin layers and rejuvenates the skin while at the same time delivering beneficial thermal energy to deep tissue. After a series of treatments, you can see a significant reduction of unwanted pigmentation and the appearance of smoother, revitalized skin. The same treatment can be used effectively on the neck, the chest, and the hands.

Broken Veins and Capillaries
The face has an extensive network of veins and tiny blood vessels called capillaries. Over time, aging, trauma, sun exposure, and certain lifestyle factors cause a number of of to break appearing as red streaks or blotches on the face. IPL therapy can eliminate damaged veins and capillaries by removing virtually all traces of these unsightly blemishes.

What results can I expect?
After each session, you will experience some improvement in skin tone and texture. There will be a decrease in overall oil secretion, redness and flushing. Sunspots will fade; pore size will shrink. Fine lines and wrinkles will gradually decrease in size as the new collagen forms beneath the skin. These improvements will continue to increase with each treatment.
